It has been a terrible winter of weather....

We are at least 6 weeks behind on what our usual cleaning should be

But, got a nice day couple days ago (after snow storm)

Phone started to ring...good jobs too (THANK YOU!)

8000 sq feet last night in 3 hours on site.

Huge resort of 9 cabins today most carpet and all furniture.

Another residential after that yet....FULL Day

Now booking out a bit and having to even work to get in some special requests

New guy working out?

Yes...he is doing very well actually...

Likes the work and likes being with Aron.

We had an informal wrap up meeting today at the end of the day with Aron, Me, Shari...and 4 crazy grandbabies....

He fits in...He loves being here....

I do have to say we are enjoying having him on the team....

My wife Shari very comfortable around him and she is pretty good judge of character.....even though she got wrapped up with me (Quiet Marty!) :marty:

We have 25k next Saturday on 5th floor. Being that far away from the ground floor keeps it from getting too bad. It's only moderately soiled. 6-Cimex's will make short work of it.

Would have loved to have encapped.

The workout facility has a lot of workout on the carpet... So HWE was important to them.

The halls were first floor and had so much sand and even construction debris in them from it being built 3 years ago... We even had a filter bag explode from the heavy sand soils.

Another area had a bit of grease coming out from a kitchen door to chefs office.

But oh yeah... Encap would have been great!

That’s awesome Mark. If you can find one that fits your culture, system, and after work, you’ve found a gem. Your kids don’t always fit that mold.

Curious, obliviously, you’ll send 6 guys, but will you send more than 6? Will any of the 6 vac, then grab a Cimex. I know you have one managing water and staging I guess with pads and chems? Does that person vacuum too? With that many, it will be done in a short. Will they move to another job for the day? This could be for “let’s talk business” room.

2 extra with backpacks for the edges. The clients janitorial staff will vacuum Friday night. We clean it once a year, its kept up very well.

No other job. We try to just work half days on Saturday unless it's WDR.

There you go, not your first rodeo. The Saturday deal occurred to me. Of course backpacks are the ticket. I was kidding about the Bane, but I do use it in my schools sometimes.

It's great when you get a job like this and they tell you the amount of money they need to spend by the end of the month and have the check to us by the end of the month....

We just kept walking the facility and adding more on to spend it off
