Clicking on Carpet Protector and Commercial Carpet Cleaning the page didn't move up. Desktop Mac. Looks good.

How about a page or form or links for reviews?
There will be a link to the yelp reviews (possible google) under the review slider....there are also links to it elsewhere. If you are viewing on mobile the slider is hidden. There will not be a separate review page

if you mean to leave them this will serve that purpose too....there are also followup emails to gain reviews.

I find that helpful as not everyone has a Yelp account or a Gmail.

Helpful for what?

If I wanted more good reviews on the site I could just write them myself.

and yes......almost everyone has a yelp or gmail account at this point....especially in this area

Not so much here yet. I'm thinking a link to yelp or Google could bypass the need to have an account.

I like the desktop, very clean. Mobile site, not so much. To much scrolling. I dont like that yelp or face book link is right above the logo. Maybe put those in contact us area. I would shorten the our staff that if person wants to read more about it, they can expand it. Looks great on desktop though

Critiques, suggestions, mistakes, display issues?

Yes click to call works....don't be harassing Moekneekwa

“Our family ran business has an extremely passionate and educated staff ...”
Should be “Our family run business ...” not “ran.”

  • Fresh soft hot water rinse to leave your carpet and fabrics looking and feeling like new”
Huh? How about: “Because our trucks have installed water softening equipment, a Connoisseur cleaning leaves carpet and upholstery looking and feeling wonderful!”

When i clicked for the service page on desktop, it is way too noisy. Background pic for each service disorients me. It seem fine on mobile mode but no good on desktop.

I personally hate the words "passion" or "passionately" used on a website or in advertising seems too cliche and generic but maybe just grates me.

I used to automatically bin CV's that came across my desk if they were passionate about there career etc lol

Center the read bio button text and use the same color as the other buttons for uniformity.

I'd add 2 sticky buttons at the bottom of mobile - 1) click to call and 2) quote button that sends them down to your form anchor. That way they're always available and the user doesn't have to scroll all the way back to the top.

On the scrolling testimonials try to link out with a no-follow link to the actual review, usually I just use the shareable link with the hrid and strip out their tracking data after it(for yelp reviews). I can't 100% prove it but since Yelp displays location with the reviewer it is just another way to improve geo-relevancy. You could create location pages and display reviews for each specific location this way, I've done that as well for multi-location businesses. If you want to get fancy add review schema to them. It's how the big boys like Oxyfresh, COIT and a few others do it.

Good work as usual Fred, clean and simple.

I think that the company logo on the main page should be larger and the review sites, affiliations, etc. should be smaller. Right now they seem to hold the same weight and my eyes were drawn to that versus the Company name/logo.

Thanks Brian. What are you viewing the site on. I currently have them smaller on mobile/tablets unless something got overridden (has happened a few times)

Edit: I reduced the size of badges by 30px

Still deciding on which I like better.....there are a few things left that aren't uniform because of this.

Edit: Buttons done

This is in the works

I'll look into it. I don't have any seo type work done yet

Good work as usual Fred, clean and simple.

Thanks
