The CEO of estate management for one of our Billionaire clients had this to say about FPA..

No news is good news Mike. But every employee has told me how great the carpet looks.

Very pleased with the overall experience. It is definitely not a process we can have done more than once a year, but the results were the best we have ever seen. My one concern was how much suction is used; if you recall, more than a few threads had to be cut in her master dressing room. But again, the end result was worth it. And the protector you sprayed on is VERY impressive.

Looking forward to working with you and Davis again and continuing this relationship.

Thank you Mike.

That mighty 13" of lift on the 370 is pulling the actual tufts out of the backing ! !

You need less vacuum. :icon_rolleyes:

Not good at the videos like Mark ... had much less practice :-) By coincidence today in the mail I received a sample box from fiberProtector America and this is what was in it.

Youll need three coats with brushing to get good performance from that aerosol can
What's the first thing a Carpet Cleaner thinks about to protect? Shoes...my brand new white leather Nike Air shoes... :-) Will take it from there.

This sounds very interesting. I'd like to know more. Tried googling for their website unsuccessfully. Anybody got a link?
