Hopefully you have the type of client base where you only need an RE once or twice a week.

Amazing but slooow.
That may well be, for it is very hard to quantify something that doesn't happen. That is to say,I always error on the side of running a rotary if there's any doubt whatsoever, be it running the red or white pad after prespraying, or the full swoop head RE. I'm sure things would come out fine with just a prespray and wand rinse most of those times, but then again maybe not. A quick buzzover with a pad only takes a minute or two per room and you get to see right away what spots are a problem. And with the 360i weighing less than 40 pounds there is no excuse to not bring it in and use it.

Shit I think its faster even with making dry passes. :eekk:

I think most guys are jerking themselves off thinking that pushing a wand back and forth is faster. Maybe on lightly soiled carpet, buttt if you need to cross bad areas you are actually spending more time than you think.

OR you're not getting it as clean as you could be.

in my very humble opinion you must have a Zipper & and RE to be able to deliver premium service. Really.

I need specific marketing information/systems for residential marketing. Is that going to be part of the program?
What do you think we have been doing for the last seven years Marty?
Yes we will talk about that.
Billy is going to tell us what he has seen the best do across America. How that relates to your backwoods existence I don't know. LOL
I am going over our customer retention plan.
You will have two of the largest multi truck managers in the nation in the room. You might learn a few new tricks who knows?

The first step to marketing is to not have a pessimistic the glass is always half full attitude.

Marty, I'll personally spend some time with you and share the things we do/have done if you want.

You'll learn more from he others there then you would from a "session" on this topic anyway. And I'm sure Tom could offer some pointers too.

Find someone to slop the pigs for you and come!!!

By far the best marketing is word of mouth. You need to do better work.

If you die it will be on your mower in your yard.
We all die and if I must go, I can't think of a better way. :winky:

Outside sun shining on me, the smell of fresh cut grass and me thinking of what smart ass things Ofer & Porkchop will say about me. Yea, I think I'd actually go with a smile on my face.

Hell, I'm going with a smile on my face either way. I've been fortunate enough to live a good life and I hope it never ends...its been a blast!

LOL

Like a stone, time rolls on,
You can't hit pause, that's just the deal,

Most days in life don't stand out,
But life's about those days that will, like,

Rockin' Randall, gettin' rowdy,
Shooting roman candles at the man in the moon,
'Til the Alabama sun was breaking

Over Talladega, boys raise the
Whiskey in your glass, here's to turn it up,
Slowing down and cars that go real fast,

We were laughing and living, drinking and wishing,
And thinking as that checkered flag was waving,
Sure would like to stay in, Talladega.

When the winds grow cold and it blows October,
I think about us shoulder to shoulder,
Like those cars, my thoughts roll over and over and over,
In my mind

I normally would have, is only about a 5 hour drive (I think) or a short plane ride.

Work has slowed a bit but we have a big celebration with friends and fam at the end of September. I can't miss it!

Do both! Just drive faster... I got a rental car we can beat the poop outta!

Work has slowed for us a little also, Russ. Labor day and kids going back to school all happening at the same time screwed things up. I keep asking my wife, "don't you have calls to make?".....
